Summer+Wet

I have made this card keeping two challenges in mind...Lulupu#28 and CASology#90. So here it is...


I drew the doggy inspired from a Google image and coloured it in using watercolour pencils. Here's a close up of the handwritten sentiment:


Can you see the glossy bits on the water? NOT glossy accents. I don't own any. I just applied globs of Fevicol and left it to dry. It was just an experiment, but I'm ok with the results. Sure, it isn't very noticeable, but its subtle and adds a bit of dimension.

All of you(at least my Indian friends) must have seen doggies panting on the sweltering roads during summer! This card is inspired from those thirsty doggies! And I used the colours yellow, blue, gray and light pink from the Lulupu palette.

I'm sure I don't have to explain the WET connection of this card!

  2. LOVE the bright vibrant color of this, so BOLD how I LOVE, and cute with the dog and perfect for WET! I REALLY think this is AMAZING, you KNOW how I LOVE bold!!!!!!
